She cited personal reasons for resigning from her positions as executive director and president of the bank. According to relevant laws, regulations, and the bank's articles of association, Ms. Jiang's resignation will take effect on October 30, 2025. She will no longer be responsible for the duties of the president and will not be appointed as an executive director.
