Shenzhen's GDP grew by 5.5% in the first three quarters of the year.

The Statistics Bureau of Shenzhen released economic data for the first three quarters, showing that the economic operation of Shenzhen continues to develop steadily with strong resilience and vitality. According to the unified accounting results of Gross Regional Product of Guangdong Province, the city's Gross Regional Product for the first three quarters of 2025 was 2,7896.44 billion yuan, an increase of 5.5% year-on-year at constant prices. Among them, the value added of the primary industry was 17.45 billion yuan, with no growth; the value added of the secondary industry was 9,946.06 billion yuan, with an increase of 3.5%; the value added of the tertiary industry was 17,932.93 billion yuan, showing a growth of 6.6%.
