South Compass Navigation Announcement: The company signed a cooperation framework agreement with Sino-U.S. Green Fund Management Co., Ltd. on October 29, 2025, intending to establish a Sino-U.S. Green Navigation Surveying and Mapping Entrepreneurial Investment Partnership Enterprise. The fund size will not exceed 300 million RMB, South Compass Navigation plans to contribute an amount not exceeding 100 million RMB and not exceeding 50% of the total subscribed capital. The remaining funds will be raised from the government and social capital.
