Renfu Medicine: Shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares have completed the acquisition commitment of the Wuhu Xinfu shares.

Renfu Pharmaceutical announced that, with the approval of the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, Yichang Chantu hereby changes its commitment related to the acquisition of Wuwei Xinfu shares held by shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares. Recently, the company received a letter, in which Yichang Chantu designated its wholly-owned subsidiary Yichang State-owned Capital Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. to complete the acquisition and delivery of all shares of Wuwei Xinfu held by China Xinda and Xinshengli Insurance on October 29. After the acquisition is completed, Yichang Chantu will hold all shares through its subsidiary, achieving complete control over Wuwei Xinfu, and fulfilling the relevant commitments.
