On October 30th, Guangzhou had two adjacent residential land parcels up for auction, both located in the Tianhe District. The total land area of the parcels was 53,138.44 square meters, with a total planned construction area of 111,592 square meters, and a total starting price of 3.484 billion yuan. In the end, both parcels were won by Yuexiu at the base price, with a total transaction amount of 3.484 billion yuan. The transaction prices per square meter were 31,380 yuan and 30,950 yuan respectively.
