China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation (02068) announced that on November 6, 2026, following deliberation and approval at the 11th meeting of the fifth session of the board of directors, the company intends to enter into an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) general contracting contract with Aluminum Corporation of China Guinea Co., Ltd. (Chinalco Guinea) as the general contractor. Accordingly, Chinalco Guinea, as the project owner, intends to engage the company to provide EPC services for the Guinea alumina project located in the Boffa region of the Republic of Guinea. The EPC general contracting contract is a fixed lump-sum price contract, with an expected contract price of approximately RMB6.556 billion, and the contract price shall not be adjusted except for adjustments stipulated in the contract terms. As of the date of this announcement, Chinalco Guinea is a subsidiary of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (Aluminum Corporation of China). Aluminum Corporation of China Group Co., Ltd. (Chinalco Group) is the controlling shareholder of the company, and Aluminum Corporation of China is a subsidiary of Chinalco Group.
