CHINA CHENGTONG (00217) Subsidiary Enters into Finance Lease Arrangement
China Chengtong Development Group (00217) announced that on November 6, 2026, Chengtong Trading (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into finance lease arrangements, which include: (i) an aircraft purchase agreement, pursuant to which Chengtong Trading agreed to purchase the aircraft assets from the seller HK Aircraft Sub6 Company Limited for a consideration of RMB155 million; and (ii) an aircraft lease agreement, pursuant to which Chengtong Trading agreed to lease the aircraft assets to the lessee (Hong Kong Airlines Limited) for a term of 5 years.
