ZAI LAB (09688) announced that total revenue for the third quarter of 2026 was US$108.2 million, compared with US$116.1 million in the same period of 2025. Net product revenue for the third quarter of 2026 was US$107.6 million, compared with US$115.4 million in the same period of 2025. Net product revenue increased 2% quarter over quarter, primarily driven by Nuzyra (benefiting from increased market coverage and penetration) and xanomeline trospium chloride (launched in June 2026), partially offset by a decline in Tumor Treating Fields revenue due to changes in the competitive landscape for glioblastoma.
Net product revenue increased 2% quarter-over-quarter, primarily driven by Nuzyra (benefiting from increased market coverage and penetration) and xanomeline trospium chloride (launched in June 2026), partially offset by a decline in revenue from Tumor Treating Fields due to changes in the competitive landscape for glioblastoma. Dr. Ying Du, Founder, Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of ZAI LAB, said: "As we continue to advance our first internally developed innovative medicines to patients worldwide, ZAI LAB is entering a decisive phase of development. The strong data presented at the ESMO Congress for zocilurtatug pelitecan (zoci) in first-line combination therapy reinforce our confidence in its potential to become the preferred cornerstone ADC for small cell lung cancer. 2027 will be a pivotal year, as we expect to submit the first Biologics License Application (BLA) for zoci in the United States and continue advancing our first-line registrational development strategy for small cell lung cancer. Beyond zoci, ZL-1503 is our second global program, targeting one of the largest opportunities in immunologyatopic dermatitis. Together with our China business, which has achieved commercial profitability and is expected to return to growth in 2027, these advances will help ZAI LAB create greater value for patients and shareholders." Dr. Rafael G. Amado, President and Global Head of R&D of ZAI LAB, said: "In first-line small cell lung cancer, zoci 1.6mg/kg combined with atezolizumab achieved a confirmed response rate of 81.8% and a 6-month progression-free survival rate of 81.9%, with encouraging data and good tolerability. This profile supports advancing a chemotherapy-free standard treatment regimen into a global Phase 3 study and provides a solid foundation for our subsequent exploration of combination therapy with T-cell engagers. Our registrational programs in small cell lung cancer and neuroendocrine carcinoma are advancing toward key data readouts, which are expected to support our first BLA submission in the United States in 2027. In atopic dermatitis, ZL-1503 is designed to simultaneously block two pathogenic drivers: IL-13, which causes inflammation, and IL-31R, which causes itching, and its half-life properties are expected to support less frequent dosing. We will present first-in-human data at the ACAAI Annual Meeting in November and preliminary patient data in the first half of 2027. In addition, we expect two additional oncology and immunology programs to enter the clinical stage in 2027."
