On the news front, at the end of last month, CHERVON announced a new round of its global management trainee program, the Advanced Momentum Program, aimed at building a reserve of management talent needed for the next decade and beyond. In September this year, Joseph Galli Jr, former CEO of TECHTRONIC-100, joined CHERVON as its new CEO and launched an executive recruitment drive. To date, the company has appointed multiple management talents with TTI/Milwaukee backgrounds, further improving its North American regional sales, strategic accounts, end-user research, and supply chain management systems.
Western previously noted that in the second half of 2025, the company proactively slowed its shipment pace in response to tariff policies, with revenue declining 25.3% year-on-year, while profit was under dual pressure from rising tariff costs and weakened economies of scale. Entering 2026, channel inventories have fallen to historically low levels, and with the completion of the Vietnam production ramp-up and the elimination of supply bottlenecks, revenue growth has gained natural support; the 2026 interim results have already validated this path, and the certainty of full-year profit recovery has risen significantly.
