MAJESTIC DRAGON (00918) continued to move higher, with the stock up over 38% cumulatively this month. As of press time, it rose 18.13% to HK$2.15, with turnover of approximately HK$5.8892 million. On the news front, MAJESTIC DRAGON plans to hold a board meeting on November 23 to consider and approve the company's unaudited interim results for the six months ended September 30 and the payment of an interim dividend (if any). It is understood that Longyi Aviation is deeply engaged in the low-altitude economy and industrial-grade drone sectors. In July this year, the company announced that its controlling shareholder had completed a large-scale share transfer, and following the completion of the transaction, a formal change in control of the company took place. Subsequently, MAJESTIC DRAGON announced that Zhang Jinbing resigned as chairman of the board, Wang Ruiyun, chairman of Softbank China Fund, took over as chairman, and communications technology expert Wu Xiaowen was appointed executive director and chief technology officer. Wang Ruiyun has more than 30 years of experience in cross-border capital operations; Wu Xiaowen has more than 30 years of experience in the satellite communications and wireless communications industries, and previously served as general manager of the 3G wireless product line at ZTE Corporation, among other positions.
