STARGLORY HLDGS (08213) announces that the Company received a letter from the Stock Exchange dated November 4, 2026 (the "Letter"), notifying the Company of its decision that, after considering the information available to it, the Company has failed to maintain sufficient business operations and assets of substantial value to support its operations under GEM Listing Rule 17.26 to justify the continued listing of the Company's shares (the "Shares"), and deciding to suspend trading in the Shares on November 16, 2026 under GEM Listing Rule 9.04(3) (the "Decision"), subject to the review process described below.
According to the Letter, if trading in the Shares is suspended, the Company must re-comply with GEM Listing Rule 17.26, meet any resumption guidance the Stock Exchange may prescribe, and fully comply with the GEM Listing Rules in a manner satisfactory to the Stock Exchange before the Shares may be permitted to resume trading.
