C CARBONNEUTRAL (01372) announced that Mr. Chen Yonglan, Chairman of the Board and Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been invited to attend the 31st Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change ("COP31" or the "31st UN Climate Change Conference", to be held from November 9 to 20, 2026) in Antalya, Turkey, and will participate in the thematic side event "Early Warning to Early Action: Synergistic Pathways for Climate and Energy" held during the conference. The core purpose of COP31 is to drive the Paris Agreement from commitment to implementation. It will be held in Antalya, Turkey, from November 9 to 20, 2026, positioned as the "Implementation COP," with a focus on reviewing the actual implementation of countries' emission reduction commitments. As an invited guest, Mr. Chen Yonglan will attend the COP31 conference and the aforementioned thematic side event, participating in exchanges and discussions during the side event; during the conference, he will also hold meetings with multiple relevant international institutions to discuss cooperation directions and explore potential future cooperation opportunities around topics such as the global green and low-carbon transition, renewable energy development, climate investment and financing, tokenization of real-world asset (RWA) green assets, and cross-border green project cooperation. The Group continues to develop its carbon neutrality, renewable energy, climate investment and financing, and green asset RWA consulting businesses, and actively participates in international climate governance exchanges.
