GOLDSTONE CAP (01160): Yao Qianyi Appointed Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

GOLDSTONE CAP (01160) announced that with effect from November 4, 2026, Mr. Leung Chung Man resigned as the company's company secretary; the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the authorized agent of the company for accepting service of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (process agent). With effect from November 4, 2026, Ms. Yao Qianyi has been appointed to succeed Mr. Leung Chung Man as the company secretary, authorized representative and process agent. Following Mr. Lin Jin's retirement from the position of non-executive director with effect from September 28, 2026, Mr. Lin Jin has resigned as authorized representative in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. Mr. Wang Guozhen, a non-executive director, has been appointed to succeed Mr. Lin Jin as authorized representative, with effect from November 4, 2026.
