During the period from September 3, 2026 to November 2, 2026, the average actual hash rate (on a pool basis) was approximately 3.85 EH/s, while the peak daily actual hash rate during the relevant period was approximately 4.29 EH/s. The opening Bitcoin balance as of September 3, 2026 was 101.228 BTC (equivalent to the remaining Bitcoin after the sale disclosed in the Company's announcement dated September 2, 2026). After adding the 110.241 BTC produced and deducting the 172 BTC sold during the relevant period, the Bitcoin balance as of November 2, 2026 was 39.469 BTC. The average selling price of the 172 BTC sold during the relevant period was approximately US$80,077 per Bitcoin, and the total realized value of the 172 BTC sold by the Group was approximately US$13.77 million. Based on the Group's current internal estimates and current Bitcoin network conditions, a total of 9,695 Bitcoin mining machines with a total hash rate of approximately 4.23 EH/s are expected to have a corresponding indicative total daily output of approximately 1.80 BTC. The Group currently expects that for the remaining period ending December 31, 2026, its Bitcoin mining activities will produce approximately 100 to 110 BTC (subject to network difficulty, Bitcoin price, uptime and other operating conditions).
