CN HEALTH TECH (01069): Delay in Publication of Annual Results

CN HEALTH TECH (01069) announces that the publication of the preliminary annual results for the year ended 30 June 2026 will be further delayed. Pursuant to Rule 13.49(1) of the Listing Rules, the Company is required to publish the annual results on or before 30 September 2026. There was a significant change in the composition of the Board on 29 September 2026, and the Company initially expected that the results would be published on or before 30 October 2026. However, despite due follow-up, the former directors and the company secretary of the Company have not yet handed over all of the books and records of the Group to the current Board. The current directors of the Company are endeavoring to recover the relevant documents to ensure the accuracy of the financial information. The Board considers that it is premature to publish the results based on the management accounts at this stage. Accordingly, the annual results were not published on or before 30 October 2026, and the Board expresses its regret in this regard. The Company is currently working closely with its auditors and, based on the information currently available to the Company, expects that the annual results will be published on or before 30 November 2026.
