ChemPartner PharmaTech (300149.SZ) subsidiary plans to invest RMB10 million in Wuhan Bainuo Jiatai Venture Capital Partnership

ChemPartner PharmaTech (300149.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beihai Ruizhi Venture Capital Co., Ltd. ("Beihai Ruizhi"), recently signed the Partnership Agreement of Wuhan Bainuo Jiatai Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) with professional investment institution Shanghai Bainuo Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. ("Bainuo Capital") and other limited partners. Beihai Ruizhi, as a limited partner, plans to use its own funds of RMB10 million to make a capital increase in Wuhan Bainuo Jiatai Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Bainuo Jiatai"), accounting for 29.24% of the partnership's total subscribed capital. Through this participation in the investment fund, the company's subsidiary will make a dedicated investment in Guangzhou Keentai Biopharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. The investee focuses on original innovation in kinase inhibitors and is committed to developing first-in-class (FIC) innovative small-molecule kinase anti-tumor drugs.
