China Huajun (00377) announced that Mr. Qiu Ming (Mr. Qiu) has been appointed as the co-chief executive officer of the Company (Co-Chief Executive Officer), and Mr. Li Gang has been re-designated from the chief executive officer of the Company to the co-chief executive officer of the Company, with effect from November 1, 2026.
