LIFE CONCEPTS (08056) announced that Mr. Bian Hongjiang (Mr. Bian) has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from October 30, 2026, due to his other business commitments. Following his resignation, Mr. Bian also ceased to serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the audit committee of the Company with effect from October 30, 2026.
LIFE CONCEPTS (08056) announced that Mr. Bian Hongjiang (Mr. Bian) has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company due to his other career commitments, effective from October 30, 2026. Following his resignation, Mr. Bian will also cease to serve as the chairman of the Company's remuneration committee and a member of the audit committee, effective from October 30, 2026.
