ENN ENERGY (02688) announced that in the first three quarters of 2026, the Group recorded natural gas retail sales volume of 19.23 billion cubic meters, up 0.2% year on year. Among this, gas sales volume to industrial and commercial users increased 0.4% year on year to 15.273 billion cubic meters, while residential gas sales volume increased 1.4% year on year to 3.856 billion cubic meters. During the period, the Group's engineering installation for newly developed industrial and commercial users and residential users remained steady. Daily contracted capacity for newly developed industrial and commercial users was 9.2962 million cubic meters, and approximately 735,500 newly developed residential users completed engineering installation. During the period, the Group's energy-agnostic business sales volume decreased 7.2% year on year to 26.909 billion kWh, mainly due to external economic structural adjustment. The Group seized opportunities from power reform, promoted the integration of "load, source, grid, storage and carbon," and accelerated the development of its power business. Power sales volume reached 1.640 billion kWh, up 31.7% year on year. In the future, the Group will continue to optimize the structure of its energy-agnostic business and improve and enhance its profit model. Under the "dual carbon" strategy, the low-carbon energy transition is accelerating, and natural gas's position as a clean transition energy source continues to strengthen. In 2026, the Group will seize opportunities from green upgrading and deeper cultivation of existing markets, adhere to "achieving profit through volume," and focus on the different needs of major customers, industrial energy-saving renovations, and small and medium-sized industrial and commercial users. By optimizing resources, controlling costs and intelligently matching supply and demand, it will expand its customer base and consolidate the foundation of its natural gas business. During the period, the Group enriched products and scenarios around its smart home business and continued to expand customer coverage. As of September 30, 2026, the penetration rate of the Group's existing customer base was 12.7%, and the penetration rate of newly developed customers was 70.0%. "Boosting consumption" remains a priority for expanding domestic demand in 2026. The Group continues to deepen customer understanding, iterates its household demand model based on the "e City e Home" platform, precisely supplies internal and external ecosystems through platform traction, better meets household quality-of-life needs with intelligent solutions, and promotes the upgrading of its smart home business.
