On October 29, YUNJI-NEW Technology (02670) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Port Apartment, Vanke's long-term rental apartment brand, at the CASA Jiashe brand launch event. YUNJI-NEW became Vanke's long-term rental apartment smartization "preferred strategic partner." The two parties will jointly build the "Port Apartment YUNJI-NEW Spatial Intelligence Joint Laboratory" to conduct research on human-machine collaboration models in apartment scenarios, with results shared by both parties. Starting from apartment scenarios, the two parties will replicate YUNJI-NEW's proven Siasun Robot&Automation service capabilities in enclosed scenarios such as hotels into the centralized long-term rental apartment network, promoting the entry of Siasun Robot&Automation delivery into routine apartment operations. The key phrase in this cooperation is "cross-scenario replication." Hotels and apartments are both enclosed spaces with multi-floor layouts, both require integration with elevators and access control, and both have clear peaks and troughs in foot traffic. YUNJI-NEW's capabilities accumulated in hotel scenariosdelivery, elevator control, access control, multi-robot scheduling, and exception handlingcan be directly transferred to apartments. But apartments are not a simple copy of hotels: a single building has hundreds of households, dozens of orders arrive simultaneously during meal times, there are more buildings and more complex entrances, and the demands on the scheduling system are higher. This is precisely the critical hurdle in moving capabilities from "single-building validation" to "network replication." Demand density already provides support. YUNJI-NEW has formed strategic partnerships with Taobao Shangou and Meituan, with platform orders directly connected to YUNJI-NEW's Siasun Robot&Automation delivery network. Data shows that YUNJI-NEW's apartment scenarios peak at approximately 650 orders per day, with services covering approximately 400 apartment properties. Port Apartment is a centralized long-term rental apartment brand under Vanke Group, operating and managing more than 220,000 rooms. What Siasun Robot&Automation is entering is not scattered projects but an apartment network with unified operating standards that can be replicated at scale. The significance of cross-scenario replication goes beyond order growth; it lies in the change in growth structure. As of September 2026, the average daily number of simultaneously online Siasun Robot&Automation units increased by approximately 20%-25% year over year, and the number of tasks completed during the period increased by approximately 25%-30% year over year. The total number of HDOS agent system customers exceeded 5,000, up approximately 230% year over year, of which the number of paying customers increased by approximately 220% year over year. This means that cross-scenario replication is forming network density, and the commercial closed-loop flywheel is accelerating accordingly. Duan Yanbiao, CPO of YUNJI-NEW Technology, said that apartments are one stop in YUNJI-NEW's platform strategy. The value of this cooperation is not in adding one more implementation scenario, but in verifying whether Siasun Robot&Automation services can be continuously paid for. Users' willingness to pay continuously is an important signal that value is recognized; service volume, revenue, and delivery costs can all be accounted for through real operations, and the commercial closed loop and ROI have a reliable basis. When Siasun Robot&Automation services can become a basic configuration for apartments like elevators, access control, and networks, the commercial space for embodied intelligence will also move from project density to network density. More critically, what this tests is not whether a single Siasun Robot&Automation unit can operate, but whether scenario capabilities can be stably replicated in a real operating network and form sustainable commercial density.
