CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (00317) announced that Mr. Nie Lijun, an employee representative director of the company, recently submitted a written resignation report to the board of directors, resigning from his positions as employee representative director and member of the strategy committee of the board of directors on October 29, 2026 due to work changes. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the company's Articles of Association, and upon review by the company's nomination committee, the board of directors has deliberated and approved the appointment of Mr. Nie as general manager of the company, with a term commencing from the date of approval by the board of directors until the expiration of the term of the eleventh board of directors.
