SINO-ENTERTAIN (06933) appoints Xu Mingjun as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer

SINO-ENTERTAIN (06933) announced that, with effect from October 29, 2026, Mr. Li Tao has resigned as an executive director and the chief executive officer of the company due to changes in his work arrangements; Ms. Pang Xia has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee due to changes in her work arrangements; Mr. Xu Mingjun has been appointed as an executive director and the chief executive officer; and Mr. Yuan Hui has been appointed as a non-executive director.
