GLORIOUS PPT H (00845): Listing status to be cancelled effective November 3

GLORIOUS PPT H (00845) announced that on October 16, 2026, the Company received a letter from the Stock Exchange stating that the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange has decided, pursuant to Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules, to cancel the listing status of the Company's shares, as the Company failed to fully comply with the resumption guidance and resume trading in its shares on the Stock Exchange by September 30, 2026. The Company will not request a review of the decision by the Listing Review Committee under Rule 2B.06(2) of the Listing Rules. The letter states that the last listing date of the shares will be November 2, 2026, and the listing status of the shares on the Stock Exchange will be cancelled with effect from 9:00 a.m. on November 3, 2026.
