GPIXEL (03277): Wu Qinyun Appointed as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

GPIXEL (03277) announced that Dr. Zhang Yanxia (Dr. Zhang) has tendered her resignation as the Company's joint company secretary (Joint Company Secretary) and the Company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange) (the Listing Rules) (Authorized Representative), but she will continue to serve as an executive director, deputy general manager and chief operating officer of the Company; and Ms. Pan Jianying (Ms. Pan) has tendered her resignation as the Company's Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative and authorized representative for accepting service of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (Process Agent), all with effect from October 28, 2026. The Board further announces that Ms. Wu Qinyun (Ms. Wu) has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative; and Ms. Lin Qianxi (Ms. Lin), who possesses the qualifications required under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules, has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative and Process Agent, all with effect from October 28, 2026.
