BE ENVIRONMENT (00154) announced that Mr. Chen Xinguo, due to work arrangement adjustments, has tendered his resignation as chairman of the board and executive director of the company, and will cease to serve as chairman and member of the nomination committee and member of the remuneration committee, effective October 28, 2026.

The board of directors also announced that Mr. Zhao Kun has been appointed as chairman of the board of directors and executive director of the company, and will serve as member and chairman of the nomination committee and member of the remuneration committee of the company, effective October 28, 2026.
