SICHUAN EXPRESS (00107) announced that at the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Zhang Lihu was elected as a non-executive director of the ninth session of the board of directors of the company, with a term commencing from the date of the extraordinary general meeting (i.e., October 23, 2026) and ending on the date of expiration of the term of the ninth session of the board of directors of the company.
