Zijin Mining Group (02899) Donates 10 Million Yuan to the Earthquake-Stricken Area in Baqing County, Nagqu City, Tibet

Zijin Mining Group (02899) announced that on the evening of October 22, a magnitude 7.0 earthquake struck Baqing County, Nagqu City, Tibet, causing heavy casualties. The earthquake-stricken area is located in a high-altitude region with cold weather, and the affected people are in urgent need of assistance. Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is highly concerned about the disaster. To assist the disaster-stricken area and actively fulfill its social responsibilities, the Company's board of directors agreed that subsidiaries under its Tibet segment would donate a total of RMB 10 million to the earthquake-stricken area for local emergency rescue, resettlement of affected people, and post-disaster reconstruction and related work.
