TONGDA GROUP (00698) announces that on January 20, 2026, May 26, 2026, September 14, 2026 and October 23, 2026, Tongda Chuangzhi, an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, utilized its idle funds to subscribe for certain wealth management products, including the subscription of (i) the first China Galaxy Securities wealth management product, the second China Galaxy Securities wealth management product, the third China Galaxy Securities wealth management product and the fourth China Galaxy Securities wealth management product, in the subscription amounts of RMB 10 million, RMB 10 million, RMB 10 million and RMB 20 million, respectively.
