MINSHENG EDU (01569) announced that on October 21, 2026, the Company (as borrower) entered into a facility letter with China CITIC Bank International Limited (as lender). Pursuant to the facility letter, China CITIC Bank International agreed to provide the Company with a revolving loan of up to RMB 300 million or its equivalent in Hong Kong dollars and US dollars. The final repayment date of the loans under the facility letter shall be no more than 12 months from the date of the relevant drawdown.
