NORTH MINING (00433): Wu Yijie Appointed as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and Authorized Representative

NORTH MINING (00433) announces that Mr. Yang Yingmin has tendered his resignation as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Listing Rules), and Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Board, all with effect from October 20, 2026, due to work adjustments and in order to concentrate on operating and developing the Company's core principal business subsidiary, Shaanxi Province Luonan County Jiulong Mining Co., Ltd. The Board has also been informed that, after resigning from the above positions at the parent company, Mr. Yang Yingmin will continue to serve as Chairman of the above subsidiary, Shaanxi Province Luonan County Jiulong Mining Co., Ltd. Mr. Shen Jian has tendered his resignation as Executive Director of the Company with effect from October 20, 2026, due to personal matters and other business commitments. Mr. Wu Yijie has been appointed as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and authorized representative of the Company, all with effect from October 20, 2026.
