BAIGE DIGITAL (02672): Zhu Tao Appointed as Non-Executive Director

BAIGE DIGITAL (02672) announced that, with effect from October 16, 2026, Mr. Zhu Tao has been appointed as a non-executive director, and Mr. Lu Weidong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. Following the appointments of Mr. Zhu Tao and Mr. Lu Weidong, the resignations of Mr. Zheng Yu as a non-executive director and Dr. Jiang Min as an independent non-executive director also took effect on the same date. With effect from October 16, 2026, the composition of the Company's board committees has been changed as follows: Dr. Jiang has ceased to serve as the chairman of the remuneration and assessment committee and a member of the nomination committee. Dr. Zhao Zhengtang has ceased to serve as the chairman of the audit committee, and has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration and assessment committee. Mr. Lu Weidong has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee, a member of the remuneration and assessment committee, and a member of the nomination committee.
