RSUN PPT (01996) announces that Ms. Chen Zhuoman has resigned as the joint company secretary, authorized representative and process agent of the company, and Ms. Liu Chang has been appointed as the joint company secretary, authorized representative and process agent, with effect from October 19, 2026. Following the above changes, Mr. Jia Hongbo will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
