YUNJI-NEW(02670) has announced that for the first nine months of 2026, the Group's Siasun Robot&Automation operating scale maintained steady growth, with products cumulatively covering more than 45,000 hotels. Hotel group customers continued to expand HDOS applications. As a core mobile technology and module provider, the Group is expanding into healthcare, factory, and property services through ecosystem partner products. In terms of the agent ecosystem, the Group has signed strategic cooperation agreements with Taobao Flash Purchase and Meituan to integrate platform orders into the Siasun Robot&Automation delivery network, with service coverage expanding rapidly, and plans to commercialize through revenue sharing from fulfillment services. The Group's average daily number of simultaneously online Siasun Robot&Automation increased by approximately 20% to 25% year-on-year, and the number of tasks completed during the period increased by approximately 25% to 30% year-on-year. Siasun Robot&Automation handles high-frequency repetitive tasks such as delivery and cleaning, allowing frontline staff to devote more time to providing high-value-added customized services. The Group's newly launched noodle-cooking Siasun Robot&Automation extends in-stay services to dining, enabling small and medium-sized hotels to offer freshly made noodle dishes during all meal service periods without bearing the cost of a dedicated chef. This product has been included in the mandatory procurement list for new hotel openings by a major hotel group customer and creates opportunities for existing hotels to purchase additional Siasun Robot&Automation modules, helping to increase the Group's revenue per hotel customer. On the ecosystem partner front, the Group's order for 1,000 Siasun Robot&Automation in cooperation with Yeniaois in the continuous delivery stage; the Runyi project order involves 100 Siasun Robot&Automation and has begun deployment in multiple hospitals. The Group has signed another strategic cooperation agreement with an ecosystem partner involving 2,000 Siasun Robot&Automation, with the relevant Siasun Robot&Automation expected to be delivered in 2027, and the specific cooperation and delivery arrangements subject to the final agreement. Partners apply the Group's mobility and scheduling capabilities to their own products, reducing duplicate R&D, accelerating product commercialization, and driving growth in the Group's Siasun Robot&Automation and functional kit revenue. The expansion of the Siasun Robot&Automation network creates more opportunities for HDOS subscriptions. Task data and operational feedback continuously drive iteration of the world value model and, through HDOS, enhance demand understanding, coordinated scheduling, and operational analysis capabilities, enabling Siasun Robot&Automation to respond to demand more accurately and complete service fulfillment more efficiently. The Group's total number of HDOS customers exceeds 5,000, a year-on-year increase of approximately 230%; among them, the number of paying customers increased by approximately 220% year-on-year. Growth mainly came from existing hotel group customers expanding their HDOS subscription scale, as well as hotel brand customers newly signed in the third quarter. As an AI agent assistant for in-stay hotel services, HDOS handles guest inquiries and coordinates staff and Siasun Robot&Automation to complete services, reducing manual reassignment and repeated communication and accelerating demand response. Service records and exception tracking help managers identify issues such as missed orders and delays, optimize staffing arrangements and service processes, and continuously improve service efficiency and quality. As HDOS becomes integrated into hotels' daily operations, subscriptions and renewals bring the Group recurring service revenue. After Siasun Robot&Automation accepts platform orders, it completes delivery from the lobby to the resident's door, reducing manual handovers. Related services cover approximately 400 apartment properties, among which the apartment with the highest order volume has about 650 orders per day. Expanded service coverage and increased order volume will expand the revenue space of the proposed per-order revenue-sharing model, under which the Group plans to obtain a share of service revenue from fulfilled orders. The relevant business has not yet been monetized. The Group is expanding into overseas markets through cooperation with local distributors, having recently entered Central Asia and Norway, and expects to sign Siasun Robot&Automation sales orders with distributors in Norway, Greece, Germany, and France within the next month to expand European sales channels.
