On October 15, the 2026 JD.com 11.11 Launch Event was held in Beijing. At the event, JD.com (09618) showcased its productive service capabilities in full for the first time. Built on its supply chain capabilities, it provides more than 10 million enterprises with full-chain services covering R&D, production, operations, and sales. In 2025, the scale of JD.com's productive services has exceeded
300 billion yuan. In the future, JD.com will take self-developed AI technology as its core DRIVE and move toward becoming the country's largest modern productive service enterprise, helping a broad range of enterprises improve quality and efficiency and enabling the real economy to achieve a leap forward.
AI-driven, JD.com's productive services deepen their presence in the 40 trillion yuan market
The service industry has now become the largest industry in the national economy. In 2025, the added value of China's service industry reached 80.89 trillion yuan, of which the scale of productive services exceeded 40 trillion yuan, accounting for half, while also accounting for 30% of total GDP. At present, the state requires promoting productive services to extend toward specialization and the high end of the value chain. Combined with the large demand for specialized services generated by the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing, the value of productive services continues to become more prominent.
As a technology and service enterprise based on supply chain, JD.com has deepened its presence in the productive services sector for twenty years. In terms of coverage, JD.com's online service network is deeply integrated with offline business formats across the country, with overseas warehouses in 26 countries and regions. From central state-owned enterprises with hundreds of billions in scale to small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in counties, JD.com can meet diverse needs such as procurement, logistics, technology, finance, leasing, and ESG.
At present, JD.com has served more than 10 million enterprise customers, covering 91% of Fortune Global 500 companies in China, 98% of China's Top 500 Private Enterprises, and 70% of specialized and sophisticated enterprises. In 2025, the scale of productive services within the JD.com system exceeded 300 billion yuan, among which JD LOGISTICS's integrated warehousing and distribution service revenue for enterprise customers increased by 33% year on year, JD INDUSTRIALS revenue in the first half of 2026 increased by 27.4% year on year, and enterprise-facing businesses such as housekeeping, food delivery, auctions, and business travel all maintained rapid growth.
AI-driven is the core highlight of JD.com's productive services. Supported by JD Cloud's computing infrastructure and JD JoyAI foundation model, JD.com continues to evolve various vertical AI models and products, applying them deeply in numerous enterprise scenarios. Taking the JD INDUSTRIALS JoyIndustrial large model as an example, the incremental AI-driven transactions it brings have already accounted for 6.5% of core customers' GMV, and by the end of next year JD INDUSTRIALS's AI capabilities will cover more than 80% of enterprise customers.
Solid industrial service capabilities have also gained authoritative industry recognition: on the global supply chain Top 25 list released by the internationally authoritative institution Gartner, JD.com ranked 16th and was the only Chinese retail enterprise on the list; among China's Top 500 Service Enterprises, it ranked 6th and was the only private enterprise among the top 6.
More than 200 services across 5 major categories, helping enterprises reduce costs and improve efficiency across the full chain
At this launch event, JD.com displayed for the first time the full landscape of its productive service capabilities: relying on more than 20 years of supply chain accumulation and supported by self-developed AI technology, it has built at the foundation four major supply chainscommerce flow, logistics, finance, and technologyas well as a talent service chain, deriving multiple AI innovative applications and commercialized products. It can provide more than 200 productive services across 5 major categories, fully covering the entire chain of enterprise R&D, production, operations, sales, and service. At present, JD.com's productive services have been implemented in dozens of key industries and hundreds of segmented scenarios, achieving full coverage of the 10 major categories of productive services defined by the National Bureau of Statistics.
This full-spectrum capability brings three core values to enterprise customers: transparency and compliance, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and professional reliability.
At the level of transparency and compliance, JD.com adheres to "authentic products" and "zero tolerance for counterfeit goods," strictly controls source quality for self-operated products, and strictly regulates merchant access and operating standards on its open platform. Relying on digital and intelligent procurement platforms such as JD HuiCai, it helps enterprises achieve stable supply guarantee and full-process control in procurement operations; at the same time, it builds a green procurement and carbon footprint management platform for government and enterprises, providing carbon emission reduction accounting and full-chain carbon footprint tracking services. Relying on the
"Hundred Cities, Hundred Billion Plan," JingGuangdong Hec Technology Holding's procurement platform has been implemented in more than 60 cities, and related practices were recognized as a 2025 national excellent credit practice case.
At the level of cost reduction and efficiency improvement, JD.com uses digital and intelligent solutions to connect customers' full chain of R&D, production, operations, sales, and service, pursuing optimal overall supply chain costs. It built a one-stop digital and intelligent procurement platform for China National Coal Group, jointly built a data pool to support the "China Coal Price Index," dynamically controlled material prices, streamlined redundant intermediate links, and relied on an integrated warehouse-cabinet-supermarket model to ensure material supply in remote mining areas; helped XCMG Group compress the procurement cycle for spare parts from more than 20 days to 3-5
days, greatly reducing comprehensive procurement costs; and built three intelligent distribution warehouses for Feihe, implementing intelligent custody, inventory transfer, and a single-inventory fulfillment system, increasing in-warehouse operating efficiency by 20%, accelerating inventory turnover by more than 30%, and reducing cross-regional orders by
20%.
At the level of professional reliability, JD.com adheres to the implementation philosophy of "practice first, then apply," using its own massive business system as an industrial testing ground. Only after solutions have been verified through internal real-world practice and have become mature and stable does it then export them externally to enterprise customers across industries, minimizing the risk of enterprise implementation.
During JD.com 11.11, JD.com will use its productive service capabilities to provide strong support for a broad range of enterprises and merchants. Facing the long-term demand for high-quality development of the real economy, JD.com will continue to increase investment, move toward becoming the country's largest modern productive service enterprise, help the real economy improve quality and efficiency, and promote
"China Services" in releasing greater value in global industrial competition.
