Eternal Beauty Holdings (06883) announced that Ms. Chan Soh Cheng has resigned as an independent non-executive director. Following her resignation, Ms. Chan has also ceased to serve as a member of each of the audit committee of the board, the remuneration committee of the board, the nomination committee of the board and the independent investigation committee of the board, all with effect from October 14, 2026. The board is pleased to announce that Mr. Cai Zaitian has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from October 14, 2026.
