LAEKNA-B (02105) rose over 5%, up 4.46% as of press time, at HK$6.795, with a turnover of HK$2.3566 million. On the news front, on October 13, LAEKNA-B announced that the Group has completed the treatment of the low-dose cohort of the 24-week LAE102 monotherapy study. The data are consistent with the results of LAE102's previous single ascending dose (SAD) and multiple ascending dose (MAD) studies, demonstrating positive changes in body composition. Notably, the completed low-dose cohort showed encouraging weight-loss effects, with observed muscle gain and fat reduction. The 24-week treatment was well tolerated, with no serious adverse events reported, and no reports of diarrhea, muscle cramps, or acne, consistent with the previously disclosed SAD and MAD study results. The high-concentration formulation of LAE102 has recently become available, and the Group has completed subject enrollment for the high-dose cohort to further evaluate the efficacy and safety of LAE102 at high dose levels over the 24-week treatment period. Currently, the Group is actively seeking globally capable partners to accelerate the global development and commercialization of LAE102.
