Sichuan Biokin Pharmaceutical (688506.SH) announced that recently, the company's independently developed Yizekang (lunkanilongtamab, BL-B01D1/iza-bren), the world's first-in-class, new-concept, and globally first and only approved EGFRHER3 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), has been included in the priority review list by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the National Medical Products Administration. According to publicly available information, Yizekang is also the world's first EGFRHER3 bispecific ADC to be included in the priority review list. Proposed indication (or functional indication): This product is suitable for patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR-sensitive mutations who have failed EGFR-TKI treatment.
