YUNJI Technology (02670) Releases Holiday Data: AI Voice Call Volume Up 110% Year-over-Year, Service Subscription Business Model Accelerates
Within 13 days, the robot service agents completed a cumulative 19.785 million service sessions and traveled 1.689 million kilometers, equivalent to circling the Earth about 42 times; AI voice calls reached 2.026 million, up 110.37% year-over-year and up 56.55% from the pre-holiday period.
Siasun Robot&Automation's first AI service agent stock, YUNJI Technology (02670), has released its operational data for the double holiday period (September 25 - October 7). Over 13 days, Siasun Robot&Automation's service agents completed a cumulative 19.785 million service tasks and traveled 1.689 million kilometers, roughly equivalent to circling the Earth 42 times; AI voice calls reached 2.026 million, up 110.37% year-over-year and up 56.55% compared to the pre-holiday period.
The explosive growth of AI voice calls points to a more critical shift: YUNJI's business model is transitioning from one-time hardware sales to ongoing software services and long-term customer relationships. This trend was already reflected in the interim financial report in the first half of 2026, YUNJI Technology's total revenue reached 188 million yuan, up 71.6% year-over-year; subscription revenue from AI digital systems such as HDOS reached 30.762 million yuan, with 3,173 paying customers, up 621% year-over-year. CEO Li Quanyin previously made clear that the core of the business model is "hardware being adopted, software being subscribed, and services paid by results none of the three can be missing."
Returning to the double holiday operational data, among AI voice calls, delivery requests accounted for approximately 40%, inquiries about 25%, repair requests about 15%, and complaints about 10%. AI handles the first layer of service filtering, with standardized needs processed by AI and complex work orders transferred to human agents. Demand is active from 10 PM to 6 AM the next day, with AI voice filling in during the periods when human staffing is weakest. The remote after-sales resolution rate reached 91.7%, and the mini-program average response time was 27.4 seconds. AI voice has upgraded from an auxiliary function to the primary service entry point, and also serves as a data entry point every call accumulates data on guest demands, equipment status, and service timeliness, feeding back into hotel operations and enhancing customer stickiness.
Other data similarly confirms the infrastructure trend: the pre-holiday daily average task volume was 1.327 million, already reaching 67.8% of the National Day peak; the double holiday period saved a cumulative 1.877 million work hours, equivalent to releasing approximately 20,000 employees' capacity for hotels each day. Task volume growth in tier-3 and lower-tier cities was approximately 38%, higher than the approximately 28% in tier-1 cities; apartment scenarios show demand closer to high-frequency rigid demand, with replicability preliminarily validated. Consecutive-stay orders rose 31%, children's slipper demand increased approximately 314% year-over-year, and demand for bottled water, slippers, and dental kits increased approximately 326%, 262%, and 224% year-over-year, respectively.
The doubling of AI voice calls year-over-year is not just a volume increase, but a signal of YUNJI's inflection point from hardware to subscription, and from transactions to long-term relationships.
