Based on the final 2027 Medicare Advantage star ratings data, Humana expects its average star rating revenue per enrollee per month to reach $160 by 2027. The company said this performance has exceeded its "top quartile" target, which is 10% above the peer average. Humana reiterated its fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings per share guidance of at least $9.
