BIOHEART-B(02185): Fei Qianwen Appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director

BIOHEART-B(02185) announced that Mr. Chen Yiqing has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to his other business commitments, effective from the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting. Ms. Fei Qianwen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from October 9, 2026. Following Mr. Chen's resignation and Ms. Fei's appointment, the composition of the audit committee and the remuneration committee will change as follows with effect from the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting: Audit Committee: Mr. Jiang Yifei will succeed Mr. Chen as chairman, and Ms. Fei will serve as a member; and Remuneration Committee: Ms. Fei will succeed Mr. Chen as a member.
