These promotional activities were also timed to align with seasonal consumer demand ahead of the Mid-Autumn Festival, including mooncake gift boxes and other festive products, thereby driving up the average order value for the month.

Against this backdrop, the Hong Kong e-commerce business continued to achieve strong year-on-year growth in September 2026:
Average daily order gross merchandise value rose to HK$25.5 million (September 2025: HK$21.6 million), while monthly order gross merchandise value reached HK$764 million (September 2025: HK$649 million), up 18.1% and 17.7% year-on-year respectively; the number of unique customers reached 673,000, up 10.3% year-on-year (September 2025: 610,000); and monthly active unique devices remained stable at 1,598,000 (September 2025: 1,572,000).
