DATANG POWER (00991) announced that on October 9, 2026, the company signed a capital increase agreement with Datang Group and Datang Nuclear Power Company, pursuant to which the company and Datang Group agreed to increase the registered capital of Datang Nuclear Power Company in cash. Among them, according to their respective shareholding ratios in Datang Nuclear Power Company, the company agreed to inject RMB 628 million into Datang Nuclear Power Company, and Datang Group agreed to inject RMB 942 million into Datang Nuclear Power Company. After the completion of this capital increase, the company's cumulative capital contribution to Datang Nuclear Power Company will be RMB 2.514 billion, with its total shareholding ratio remaining at 40%; Datang Group's cumulative capital contribution to Datang Nuclear Power Company will be RMB 3.771 billion, with its total shareholding ratio remaining at 60%. Datang Nuclear Power Company was established on October 17, 2013. It is mainly engaged in technology development, project investment, technical services and management in nuclear power and related fields. As of the date of this announcement, the shareholding ratio of Datang Nuclear Power Company is 60% held by Datang Group and 40% held by the company. The implementation of the capital increase agreement and the capital increases by the company and Datang Group to Datang Nuclear Power Company can further enhance the capital adequacy ratio of Datang Nuclear Power Company, thereby meeting the funding needs for Datang Nuclear Power Company's development and investment project construction, strengthening the main business strength of Datang Nuclear Power Company, improving its risk resistance capacity, and effectively advancing the construction of the relevant invested nuclear power projects, thereby maximizing shareholder interests.
