STERLING GP (01825) announces that with effect from 9 October 2026: Ms. Wu Jing has resigned as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Company's audit committee; Ms. Chen Jie has resigned as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the audit committee, a member of the Company's remuneration committee and a member of the Company's nomination committee; Ms. Ye Lili has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee; and Mr. Han Zhaohui has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the audit committee, a member of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee.
