MOKINGRAN (02585) announces that, as Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu ("Deloitte") was unable to reach a consensus with the Company on the audit fee for the audit of the consolidated financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2026 (the "2026 Annual Audit"), Deloitte has resigned as the Company's auditor (the "Resignation of Auditor"). In the meantime, the Board proposes to appoint ShineWing (Hong Kong) CPA Limited ("ShineWing Hong Kong") as the Company's new auditor (together with the Resignation of Auditor, the "Proposed Change of Auditor"), responsible for the 2026 Annual Audit.
