Xinxiang Chemical Fiber (000949.SZ) announced that the company's granted industrial land use rights, located at the northwest corner of Muye Avenue and Genghuang Avenue with an area of approximately 98.85 mu, are proposed to be reclaimed with compensation by the People's Government of Fengquan District, Xinxiang City. The "Compensation Agreement for the Reclamation of State-owned Construction Land Use Rights of 98.85 mu of Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd." that the company intends to sign with the People's Government of Fengquan District, Xinxiang City is the first-phase compensation agreement, with the total compensation amount for the first-phase land and above-ground attachments being RMB 51,233,400. Subsequent agreements will be signed separately based on demolition progress, asset disposal, and acceptance inspection, and the compensation scope, amount, and payment arrangements involved in subsequent agreements shall be subject to the agreements signed at that time. In view of the aforementioned change in land use rights, after research by the company's management and deliberation and approval by the board of directors, it has been decided to suspend production at the company's North District biomass cellulose filament production line and its subsidiary Xinxiang Xinglu Technology Co., Ltd. starting from October 12, 2026.
