Zhongya Machinery (300512.SZ) announced that Chairman and actual controller Shi Zhongwei and his persons acting in concert, Hangzhou Fupai Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Gaodi Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Song Lei, and Xu Juhua, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 11.779 million shares in aggregate, or no more than 2.8783% of the company's total share capital, within three months starting 15 trading days after the announcement disclosure date, through centralized bidding transactions and block trades.
