ROAD KING INFRA (01098): The scheme meeting has been rescheduled to October 26.

ROAD KING INFRA (01098) announced that due to a change in the court's schedule, the convening hearing for the scheme, originally scheduled to be held on Friday, October 23, 2026 at the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, has been rescheduled to Monday, October 26, 2026. Given that the revised date differs from the original date by only one business day, and the sanction hearing remains scheduled to proceed on Thursday, December 10, 2026 in accordance with the original timetable, the rescheduled convening hearing will not affect the overall timetable of the restructuring. The Company is continuing to work closely with its advisers and stakeholders on the relevant documentation for the scheme, and progress is currently proceeding smoothly. The Company expects to complete the restructuring by the end of the year.
