PAN ASIA DATA H (01561): Further adjournment of the winding-up petition hearing
PAN ASIA DATA H (01561) issued an announcement regarding the winding-up petition filed against the Company by the petitioner. At the petition hearing held on 30 September 2026 at the High Court of Hong Kong, upon the request of the Company and the petitioner, the High Court of Hong Kong ordered that the hearing of the petition be further adjourned to 12 October 2026. As at the date of this announcement, the Court has not granted a winding-up order to wind up the Company.
PAN ASIA DATA H (01561) announced that, in relation to the winding-up petition received by the Company from the petitioner against the Company, at the petition hearing held at the Hong Kong High Court on September 30, 2026, upon the request of the Company and the petitioner, the Hong Kong High Court ordered that the petition hearing be further adjourned to October 12, 2026. As at the date of this announcement, the court has not issued a winding-up order to wind up the Company.
