SAMSONITE (01910): Completion of the acquisition of BIS, LLC
Samsonite (01910) announced that, in relation to the Company's proposed acquisition of BIS, LLC (BIS) through one of its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, the Board is pleased to announce that all conditions to the completion of the acquisition under the Membership Interest Purchase Agreement have been fulfilled, and the transaction was completed on October 1, 2026. Following the completion, BIS became an indirect 85%-owned subsidiary of the Company.
