BONJOUR HOLD (00653) released its annual results for the year ended June 30, 2026, with turnover of HK$92.437 million, up 1.61% year-on-year; net profit of HK$8.502 million, compared with a loss of HK$278 million in the same period last year; basic earnings per share of 17.32 HK cents.
The announcement stated that during the year, the Group achieved a significant financial milestone by returning to a net profitable position, driven by appreciation of investment assets and a narrowing of operating losses. Supported by steady annualized revenue growth, the Group's ongoing strategic restructuring has significantly improved its net asset value position, laying an important foundation for management to continue its efforts to achieve core operating profitability.
